Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Personal Development Centre, promoting learning and welfare for potentially vulnerable students and those close to suspension from the main school.
- Ensure pupils are meaningfully occupied while placed in the centre.
- Support consistent safeguarding procedures and collaborate with all staff to create a supportive learning environment.
Qualifications and Experience
- Significant and demonstrable experience working effectively with secondary‑aged children with social, emotional and behavioural issues.
- Experience in education, children’s social care or another children's sector pastoral role.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to safeguarding.
