We are seeking applications from English specialists to support our year 7 and 8 students on a 1-1 or small group basis at our Kenton site.

Responsibilities
- Provide English tutoring or teaching to Year 7 and Year 8 students on a 1-1 or small-group basis at the Kenton site.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support progression and raise aspirations for students to achieve their potential.
- Maintain strong behaviour management and supportive, inclusive classroom practices.
- Adhere to safeguarding policies and wellbeing guidance, and contribute to a safe learning environment.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of effective teaching or tutoring, particularly in English.
- Excellent behaviour management skills.
- Awareness of safeguarding and wellbeing policies and procedures.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to challenge, inspire and motivate students.
