An exciting opportunity for a Principal Estimator to join a Tier 1 Main Contractor in the Birmingham area. As a major UK contractor, my client has a diversified workload across different sectors such as Industrial, Commercial, Retail & more. Boasting a strong reputation for providing whole-life solutions, high standards of project delivery, and an ability to innovate.
About The Role: As a Principal Estimator you will play an integral role in tendering work in the Midlands Region. Your focus is:
- Creating and understanding specifications.
- Building relationships with clients.
- Pricing form data and proposing these to clients.
- Completing a range of Churches from design through to the construction phase.
- Reporting and working closely with the Director.
About You:
- Experience presenting quotes and specifications to clients.
- Understanding and creating specifications.
- Experience working on New Build & similar projects.
- Excellent Construction industry knowledge.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience within Estimating.
- Great technical knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
