Duties:

  • Full site management role
  • Daily site set up
  • Health and Safety paperwork
  • Hiring / Off Hiring Kit
  • Managing materials

Company Profile: Site Manager / Site Agent required for a Civil Engineering and Groundworks contracting business, £30m turnover looking after Commercial Groundworks and associated Civil Engineering only.

The Project / Site: New School Groundworks package

  • Earthworks, Bulk excavation and any ground remediation
  • Ground beams and floor slabs
  • Pile caps and Foundations
  • Concrete Yards and Concrete Floors
  • Retaining walls
  • External works and Hard landscaping

Rewards: £320 - £350 per day Ltd Company Status. Site Running till June 2027 Nottingham Area.
