We are currently recruiting an Estimator for one of the largest civil engineering and infrastructure specialists in the UK. The business has 40 years trading history working nationally across sectors such as water, transport, energy and the built environment. This opportunity is based out of the business' Midlands region with their offices located in the Walsall area and will involve projects such as civils infrastructure, water infrastructure, rail and tunnelling.
- Identify opportunity and risk during the tender process
- Liaise with the business unit to agree methodology and principles
- Close out actions and monitor customer negotiations, seeking amended authority as required
- Handover to site teams at contract award
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office software
- Numerate and familiar with estimating software
