Adding talent to the finance function, the group Financial Controller is looking to strengthen the ledger function, ensuring day-to-day activity is managed effectively as they continue to grow. Company details and job overview: The Purchase Ledger Controller will manage and maintain an efficient and up-to-date ledger, ensuring suppliers are paid on time. Supporting the Finance team, this role shall achieve the highest standards in all accounting areas and will assist the Group Financial Controller with ad hoc finance projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To process, post and code all supplier invoices in Sage, managing all purchase ledger activity across several revenue streams.
- To produce a list of suggested payments for authorisation weekly, taking into consideration terms and due dates.
- To reconcile supplier accounts.
