Our client, a main contractor with a Head Office located in the East Midlands, is actively looking to develop their operational team with the introduction of a site-based Project Manager. As a main contractor, our client enjoys a turnover of c£100 million and delivers New Build & Refurbishment schemes, ranging in value from £2m to £30m. They have recently secured a Refurbishment project in Wolverhampton with a contract value of c£9 million.
Our client is seeking a Project Manager to deliver this scheme with the assistance of an Assistant Site Manager. You will report to a visiting Contracts Manager and will have operational responsibility for the project.
The Candidate (Project Manager):
- Well-rounded general main contracting experience gained through working on a variety of project types
- Ability to work independently with confidence and decisiveness
- Previous Refurbishment experience is essential
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- A full UK driving license
The Package:
- Salary: Up to £70,000 dependent on experience and subject to review after probation period
