Freelance Project Manager required to manage and run a £10m new build industrial/logistic unit along with associated offices, car parking and service areas. The project will be a circa 40 week programme.
As the principal lead and point of contact for the scheme, you will be responsible for:
- Dealing with stakeholders and managing their expectations
- Managing the site team consisting of site manager, design manager and commercial team
- Overseeing all associated subcontract packages
- Coordinating all planning, programming and design
- Chairing client/subcontractor meetings
- Providing progress reports to the senior management team

- Current/previous employment track record as a Project Manager delivering new build industrial/logistic unit schemes is mandatory
