Job Description

Freelance Site Manager required as from 28th July for circa 6 weeks to oversee external defect works on an existing school that is 5 years old. Scope of works involved are all on the external envelope which will involve render repairs, parapet replacements and minor groundworks. Reporting to the visiting Contracts Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all programme of works for completion by subcontractors, site inductions, health & safety aswell as coordination with school representative to ensure client satisfaction.

CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid certificates will be a mandatory requirement, current DBS would also be a distinct advantage due to the nature of the project
