Job Description

Midlands regional contractor require a freelance site manager to work under direction of site based Project Manager on the construction of a £7m new build industrial unit with associated office space, car park etc. Reporting to the Project Manager you will primarily be responsible for overseeing the construction of the portal frame building, supervision of subcontract labour including all site inductions, health & safety, RAMS etc, other duties will also involve attending client/subcontractor progress meetings. CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid certificates will be a mandatory requirement, Temporary Works and Fire Marshall certificates would also be a distinct advantage
