Our client, a respected construction firm based in Forfar, is seeking a hands-on and driven Site Manager to lead operations on-site across a variety of building projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure work is carried out safely, on time, and to specification
- Coordinate labour, materials, and subcontractors to maintain programme and quality standards
- Maintain strict health & safety protocols and ensure compliance at all stages
- Communicate effectively with the project team, suppliers, and clients
- Proactively resolve on-site issues and ensure a positive working environment
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in a Site Manager or similar supervisory role within construction
- Strong leadership and organisational skills with a focus on quality and detail
- Up-to-date knowledge of building practices, regulations, and safety procedures
- SMSTS, CSCS card, First Aid certification preferred
- A practical, hands-on approach and excellent communication abilities
