Site Engineer - Setting out Engineer Smethwick

Job Title: Site Engineer Roads and Highways

We are seeking a Site Engineer for a highways project in Coventry, immediately after July, with WCC.

Responsibilities:

• Setting out on-site using EDM / Total Station for drainage, earthworks, roadworks, ducting, site clearance, fencing, structures, etc.
• Collaborating with team members and assisting as needed, while also capable of working independently.
• Maintaining a detailed daily diary of on-site activities.
• Completing check sheets for quality standards according to ITPs.
• Attending site meetings related to programme, safety, and work areas.
• Communicating effectively with team members, subcontractors, the public, and clients.
• Conducting site surveys and producing sketches of survey and construction sequences.

Training and Competency Requirements:

• CSCS card relevant to the position.
• Minimum of 5 years\’ experience in the civil engineering industry.
