The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
As a Site Engineer, you will oversee junior engineers on site and assist with construction operations. You will collaborate with the Sub Agent and Section Foreman to allocate labour, equipment, and materials to meet required standards, schedules, and budgets. Your responsibilities will include working with the setting-out team to ensure the performance and development of junior engineers, identifying and resolving technical issues in coordination with the senior team and Sub Agent. You will also monitor and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring their work meets contractual requirements. Additionally, you will ensure the team has all necessary information and resources to perform their duties, assist in producing schedules, progress reports, resource and cost plans, and contribute to financial forecasting.
About You
- HNC/Degree (construction/civil engineering related) or equivalent and working towards institute membership (ICE)
- You must have experience in civil engineering and specifically Earthworks
- You must hold the following competencies:
- CSCS White, White-Yellow, Red - Experienced, Black - Manager or Gold - Supervisor
- Demonstration of knowledge and practical application of site engineering activities combined with construction supervision skills
- You must hold a Full Driving License and have access to a vehicle
