Opportunity for a experience Residential Groundworks Site engineer to join a Large Midlands based Residential Groundworks Company. The Client is looking for a Site Engineer to join their team working on projects. Immediate need for an experienced Site Engineer.
Duties:
• Setting out
• Photo-based dilapidation survey
• Topography survey
• Providing technical guidance to the site team
• Ensuring all specifications and standards are met so the project can be built to the highest quality
• Quality Assurance
• Record keeping – S104 and S38 survey
• Street works applications
• Cross checking CAD information
Requirements:
Experience in Residential Groundworks
Experience as a Site Engineer
Ability to commute in and around the West Midlands
Remuneration:
Up to £75,000 p.a
Car Allowance / Company Car
