About the Role

Our client is a regional civil engineering and infrastructure contractor with a track record of delivering civils, groundworks, roads, and sewers projects mainly throughout the North of England. Due to significant contract wins, they are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial team based in West Yorkshire.

Responsibilities

Oversee multiple projects up to £5m
Report to the Commercial Manager and assist with junior team members
Manage subcontractor procurement and payments
Report on project financials
Utilize NEC Contracts primarily
Attend valuation meetings with client representatives
Support and mentor team members
