The Company:
Our client is a well-established Tier 1 Main Contractor with a regional offices located all over the country. Our client has secured many years of work on a notable Midlands major projects with ongoing programmes running through to 2030!
They’re currently in the market for a Quantity Surveyor to work closely with the Manging Surveyor, to commercially and contractually manage M&E packages for an existing live project.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading Main Contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects. If you are a highly motivated and an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking for your next challenge, we want to hear from you!
About You:
• Experience of Commercially & Contractually managing a scheme up to the value of £5 million.
• Previous experience as an Quantity Surveyor
