An exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a Main Contractor in the Midlands area. As a major UK contractor my client has a diversified workload across different sectors of Civil engineering including Heavy Civils, Highways, Roads, Earthworks, Water, etc. Boasting a strong reputation for providing whole-life solutions, high standards of project delivery, and an ability to innovate.
The ideal candidate will be a Senior Quantity Surveyor and will join the Civil Engineering Division. About The Role:
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play an integral role in the management, direction, and successful completion of the Civil Engineering projects. Your focus is to build and lead a high performing commercial team that manages build cost and maximises margins whilst enhancing value for money for our clients and achieving the required standards and quality.
About You:
•Previous experience as a Senior Quantity Surveying
• Experience in Civils, Highways, Earthworks, Tunnelling, or other Civils Infrastructure projects.
• Experience on a NEC Type of Contract – (Option 3 & 4 Preferred but not Essential)
• Experience working for a Regional Contractor and/or Main Contractor.
• Able to commute or live in the Bicester area.
• UK Driver’s license
• Full right to work in UK.
What’s on Offer:
• £65,000 – £75,000 plus company package
