As a Senior Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple residential projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Leading project teams, liaising with subcontractors, and maintaining strong client relationships will be key to your success. You will work closely with construction and commercial teams to drive efficiency and excellence. Key Responsibilities: – Oversee contract management and project delivery across multiple sites. – Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations. – Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and key stakeholders. – Monitor project progress, budgets, and quality control. – Work closely with the commercial department to optimise project outcomes. – Drive continuous improvement in construction processes and client satisfaction. To be considered for this role, candidates must have First Aid Certification, CSCS Card, SMSTS & Extensive experience in residential construction and contract management.
