Title: Senior Analyst (1x GC Analyst & 1x LC Analyst) Location: Hampshire Duration: Permanent Our client is looking for experienced Analysts (1x GC Analyst & 1x LC Analyst) to join their expanding, dynamic team. Responsibilities: • Perform routine and non-routine instrument maintenance, troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to minimize unplanned downtime. • Conduct routine analysis of customer samples, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards (ISO 17025 and MCERTS). • Accurately document and analyse data, identifying deviations and ensuring compliance with system suitability checks, calibrations, and AQC charts. • Investigate queries and non-conformances, providing support and solutions. • Plan and execute validation work to enhance existing methods and develop new ones to meet client needs and support company growth. • Assist in validating new instruments as needed. • Prepare standards and solutions, and assist with sample preparation or extraction when required. • Work independently with minimal supervision, managing workload and priorities in collaboration with the supervisor. • Mentor and coach less experienced colleagues in areas of subject matter expertise. Requirements: • BSc or equivalent in Chemistry or a related discipline. • Experienced in GC or LC analysis • Knowledge of ISO 17025 standards
