Kenton Black are recruiting for a Temporary (long-term) Sales Advisor position with a leading house builder in Perthshire. Our client, a well-established and reputable residential developer, is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Sales Advisor to support the sale of private homes on a large-scale housing development in Perthshire. This is a temporary, part-time role ideal for a confident sales professional with experience in residential property or new build sales. The role will involve working Friday to Monday, 10:30am - 4:00pm, providing on-site sales support and guiding customers through the home-buying journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for prospective buyers visiting the development
  • Proactively sell private homes, promoting the development and its features to potential purchasers
  • Conduct viewings of show homes and plots, building strong rapport with customers
  • Manage customer enquiries and maintain accurate records of leads and sales activity
  • Support buyers through the reservation process, liaising with internal teams where required
  • Work towards agreed sales targets, contributing to site performance
  • Ensure the sales office and show homes are presented to a high standard at all times
