The Company: Our client (Main Contractor) operates within 3 key sectors; Retirement Living, Industrial & Commercial, with the majority of the schemes that they deliver being of a new build nature, although they do deliver Refurbishment schemes. Projects range in value up to £25 million. They are now looking to grow the Team with the introduction of a Document Controller, who is passionate about their career and looks to make a difference.
About You:
- Experience of working for a Construction company and an understanding of Construction terminology.
- Previous experience as a Document Controller.
- Reside within commutable distance of Market Harborough.
- Full document control support for a live project.
- Managing incoming and outgoing documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinating with site teams and subcontractors.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident using document management systems / CDE platforms.
