An opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a Redditch based Residential Groundworks Business on their commercial team. The client has had continual growth and is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to help expand the business as they have multiple projects upcoming.

Duties:

  • Optimising contract profitability
  • Provide quotations to clients for variations
  • Comprehensive understanding of Residential Groundworks
  • Accurate monthly cost and value reports
  • All other daily tasks performed by a Quantity Surveyor

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in residential groundworks
  • Time management skills and meeting deadlines
  • Experience in value engineering
  • Proficient in all Microsoft packages e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Remuneration:

  • Up to £70,000 dependant on experience
