The Residential Groundworks focused business has had continual growth with many upcoming tenders and is looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team to help expand the business commercially.\\n\\nDuties:\\n•\\tOptimising contract profitability \\n•\\tProvide quotations to clients for variations\\n•\\tComprehensive understanding of Residential Groundworks \\n•\\tAccurate monthly cost and value reports\\n•\\tAll other daily tasks performed by a Quantity Surveyor\\n\\nRequirements:\\n•\\tExperience as a Quantity Surveyor in residential groundworks\\n•\\tTime management skills and meeting deadlines\\n•\\tExperience in value engineering\\n•\\tProficient in all Microsoft packages e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint \\n\\nRemuneration:\\n•\\tUp to £70,000 p.a \\n•\\tCar allowance\\n•\\tPaid Holidays\\n•\\tPension Scheme
