An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Gloucestershire/Somerset/Soouth Wales area for a Quantity Surveyor with a background working on civil engineering schemes for main contractors.
Our client is an award winning, privately owned regional civil engineering contractor. The company has secured plenty of future work with turnover currently circa £76m.
The business specialises in the delivery of infrastructure, highways, local authority & frameworks, structures and car parks as well RC frames as a subcontractor, with schemes ranging from £150k to £15m in value.
This opportunity is suitable for an established Quantity Surveyor with at least 3 years site experience running their own projects for a civil engineering contractor.
Qualifications/Background:
•Educated to Degree level in Quantity Surveying.
• 3 years’ experience running own projects.
• Experience working for a civil engineering contractor.
• UK driving licence.
• Based in the Birmingham area.
Salary & Package:
• Basic salary between £45,000 to £60,000 (dependent on experience).
• Company car / car allowance.
• Plus benefits.
