Our client is seeking a dedicated Quality Coordinator to join their Microbiology team.
- Maintain and improve the site-specific document control system.
- Prepare, update, and manage Quality documentation.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and queries in collaboration.
- Oversee equipment calibration and monitoring records.
- Deliver Quality inductions.
- Support training in internal auditing, non-conforming work processes, and root cause analysis.
- Monitor and ensure acceptable levels of Internal Quality Control.
- Collate and analyse quality data.
- Investigate non-conforming work issues using root cause analysis.
- Prepare and submit monthly Quality KPI reports.
- Escalate critical quality issues.
- Perform other quality-related duties as required by management.
Degree or equivalent in Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
- Practical experience of working in a food testing laboratory is essential.
- Previous experience in a quality role is advantageous, though quality training will be provided for the right candidate.
