Groundwork\’s and Civil Engineering Project Manager or Site Manager ILKLEY – 2 YEARS WORK – from JULY 2025 PAYE / LTD co / CIS all accepted Groundwork\’s Project Manager / Site Manager required for a school development in Ilkley! Works will include: Deep and shallow drainage, foundations, earthworks and balancing ponds, all hard standings, soft landscaping and related civil\’s infrastructure. All works on a school project with multiple levels over a 2 year period. Duties: Traditional Project Management role Full life cycle project delivery of groundwork\’s package Programming when required Client relationship management SHEQ oversight Working with site QS for successful delivery of margins Long term role with good pay rates Applicants can be CIS, Ltd Company status or PAYE Plenty of other work after this project Salary – up to £90k + package Day Rate – up to £400 per day
