Seeking a Project Manager with experience in managing projects in construction/ the built environment. Note: IT/Finance/Marketing backgrounds will not be considered for this role. It is essential you have experience within construction (Managing JCT or NEC contracts).

A leading independent construction and property consultancy is seeking a Project Manager to join its growing Leeds team. With a strong reputation for delivering high‐quality Cost Management, Project Management and Specialist Consultancy services across the UK and globally, this is an excellent opportunity to work within an ethical company across a diverse range of sectors; new build commercial, build to rent, higher education, heritage etc. As a business, they support various charitable causes and community projects by delivering pro-bono work. About the Role

Working in a collaborative team environment, you'll play a key role in day‐to‐day project delivery—managing operational tasks, coordinating teams, maintaining documentation and ensuring high standards throughout the project lifecycle. This role suits someone ambitious, client‐focused and eager to grow into a future leadership position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting and contract administration
  • Liaison with design teams and contractors, carrying out site inspections
  • Assist with fee proposals and procurement documentation
  • Maintaining project records (risk registers, programmes, execution plans)
  • Build strong relationships with clients and professional teams
  • Work closely with cost management colleagues to support commercial objectives
  • Contribute to project planning, governance, risk management and delivery
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting the wider business with business development initiatives

Skills & Experience

  • Degree qualified; MRICS desirable but training support available
  • Experience in a client‐facing project management managing construction projects
  • Collaborative working style with excellent communication skills
  • Ambitious, commercially aware and keen to grow your professional network
