Kenton Black are recruiting for a Project Manager in East Lothian. The client is an established main contractor managing the construction of commercial new build/refurbishment projects, up to £20m. In your new role, as a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operation of commercial construction projects across Central Belt & Fife. You will ensure that each site adheres to health & safety protocols and will direct sub-contractors, in house tradesmen and labour to achieve programme deadlines and meet clients expectations. Additionally, you will be responsible for ordering materials & labour as well as creating progress reports & contributing to client/management/stakeholder meetings. As a minimum, you must have your CSCS, First Aid & SMSTS qualifications/certificates as well as previous experience managing commercial construction projects. Working history must be back by positive employer feedback. As a reward, you will gain employment with a reputable contractor with a busy order book in 2025/2026.
