Kenton Black are recruiting for a permanent Foreman position based in Perthshire. Our client, a respected housebuilding contractor, is seeking a skilled and motivated Foreman to oversee the delivery of new-build private homes ranging from 2–4 bedrooms. This is a hands-on supervisory role offering the opportunity to take ownership of high-quality housing projects while supporting the smooth coordination of site activities and subcontractor performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day operations on new-build housing sites, ensuring work is completed to a high standard.
  • Support the management of subcontractors, providing clear instruction and maintaining strong working relationships.
  • Carry out hands-on tasks while overseeing progress across multiple plots.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and site teams to ensure a professional and positive experience.
  • Complete basic administrative duties including email correspondence and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements across all site activities.
  • Contribute to problem-solving on site, helping bring each home to a successful conclusion.

What You Bring:

  • Strong background in supervision with experience in new-build housing.
  • Confidence stepping into a supervisory role or existing experience as a foreman or supervisor.
