Our client is a leading building services contractor delivering high-profile projects across the commercial, healthcare, industrial and data centre sectors. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Civil/Structural Preconstruction Engineer to join their Newcastle team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the pre-award phase of projects, supporting bid submissions, reviewing technical specifications, coordinating design inputs, and developing cost-effective, buildable CSA solutions. You will work closely with estimating, design, commercial, and operational teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Applicants should have strong Preconstruction and CSA experience. Excellent communication, stakeholder management and technical problem-solving skills are essential.
