An opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join an East Midlands based Residential Groundworks Business to operate within their expanding commercial team. The client, with an annual turnover of £100m, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to help expand the business. The successful candidate will work closely with the Commercial Director to integrate into the commercial team and progress their career within this exciting sector.
Salary: Up to £65,000
Hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm
Benefits:
- Discretional Bonus scheme
- Annual leave: 23 days excluding bank holidays (increases each year up to the 5-year point, and again at 10 years’ service)
