£25 Million factory fit out for a major high street grocery food supplier at an existing warehouse facility, project is currently 60% through programme. Reporting to senior management team overseeing the project you will be responsible for overseeing the installation works for both mechanical & electrical contract packages, role will predominately be to ensure MEP systems are designed correctly, installation of the systems, subcontract coordination, QA, Health & Safety aswell as the commissioning and handover to client. This is a 6 month contract with an immediate start required CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid certificates will be a mandatory requirement as well as prior/current experience working for Tier 1 or regional build contractors, a distinct advantage would be someone who has experience working on food & beverage, pharmaceutical or manufacturing facilities
