Kenton Black Finance are exclusively supporting an innovative SME to appoint a new Management Accountant due to extensive growth and an internal promotion in the finance team. With turnover doubling year-on-year for the last 3 years, this hands-on role will have much opportunity to add value through supporting further forecasted growth and enhancing existing systems and processes. Offices are within a commutable distance from Preston, Blackpool/Fylde and Lancaster (within 20-30 minute drive).

Your New Role as Management Accountant:
Reporting to the Financial Controller, this is a varied and hands-on role with duties to include:
- Preparation of the monthly management accounts pack
- Support with year end requirements
- Cash flow reporting
- Preparation of budgets
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders as required
- Review existing systems and processes and identify areas for improvements, implementing these where appropriate
Experience & Qualifications Required to Apply:
The ideal candidate will be proven in a similar level role with a hands-on and versatile working approach. With the ability to provide valuable input into the development of systems and procedures, you will have strong IT skills and analytical capabilities alongside good interpersonal skills.
