Our client, a Housing Developer/Main Contractor with a Head Office located in the East Midlands, is actively looking to develop their operational team with the introduction of a regional Contracts Manager.
As a Developer/Main Contractor, our client operates within a variety of business sectors including:
- Social Housing (New Build)
- Speculative Housing (New Build)
- Education & Health
They are market leaders within certain sectors and produce a fantastic end product every time. You will work closely with the Operations Director and will have day-to-day operational responsibility for your live project(s).
The Candidate (Contracts Manager – Housing):
As a Contracts Manager, you should have a well-rounded Housing background, both Social Housing and Speculative Housing, gained through working on a variety of developments within their region. Candidates should be self-motivated, proactive with a positive can-do attitude and have experience within the role as a Contracts Manager, overseeing multiple projects at any one time.
