Senior M+E Cost Manager
The Role
Leading M&E projects across central London, managing costs, and developing relationships. Main duties include:
- Lead M&E cost management and quantity surveying on projects.
- Manage commercial and contractual performance, ensuring efficiency and value for money.
- Deliver pre‑ and post‑contract QS services, including tendering and cost planning.
