Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage BOQ, labour, plant, material and subcontractor costs
- Attend tender review meetings with the production team
- Manage all commercial aspects of projects from award through delivery
- Liaise with clients and resolve technical and commercial issues that arise
- Provide CVRs to the Commercial Manager
Qualifications
- Prior experience working for a fit-out/refurbishment contractor is essential
