The Opportunity: We're keen to hear from Building Surveyors working towards their APC seeking to gain mentorship and the backing of working for a global consultancy offering potential opportunity for international travel!
- Asset capture & lifecycle surveys β Record and condition grade all building fabric assets, including prioritised remedial recommendations.
- Latent defect surveys β Assess buildings approaching the end of construction contracts.
- Accessible ceiling inspections β Record and grade building fabric assets located above ceiling voids.
- Project delivery β Support successful project outcomes through high quality technical surveying services delivered on time and to required standards.
- Contract administration β Support contract administration activities, including documentation, compliance checks, coordination with contractors and monitoring contractual obligations.
Career progression: This is a growing service line in the Liverpool office with a clear pathway into directorship.
