Opportunity for an experienced Residential Groundworks Site Engineer to join a large Lincolnshire based Residential Groundworks Company. The client is looking for a Site Engineer to join their team working on projects. Immediate need for an experienced Site Engineer.
Duties:
- Setting out
- Photo-based dilapidation survey
- Topography survey
- Providing technical guidance to the site team
- Ensuring all specifications and standards are met so the project can be built to the highest quality
- Quality Assurance
- Record keeping - S104 and S38 survey
- Street works applications
- Cross checking CAD information
Requirements:
- Experience in Residential Groundworks
- Experience as a Site Engineer
- Ability to commute in and around the West Midlands
Remuneration:
Up to £75,000 p.a or Ltd option, Car Allowance / Company Car, Paid Holidays, Pension Scheme
