Our client is a well-established residential groundworks contractor delivering infrastructure and groundwork packages for leading national and regional housebuilders across the East Midlands. With a strong reputation for quality, safety, and project delivery, the business continues to secure new developments and has a healthy pipeline of work throughout Lincolnshire and the surrounding areas. As a result, they are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to oversee residential groundworks projects in and around Lincoln.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager with a background in residential groundworks and infrastructure to join a growing contractor. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Manage daily site operations across residential groundworks projects
  • Coordinate labour, plant, materials, and subcontractors
  • Oversee roads, sewers, drainage, foundations, and infrastructure works
  • Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and daily briefings
  • Liaise with Contracts Managers, Engineers, Commercial teams, and clients
  • Monitor site progress and report on project performance
  • Ensure quality standards and specifications are achieved throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager within residential groundworks
  • Strong understanding of roads, drainage, foundations, and infrastructure packages
  • Experience managing multiple subcontractors and site teams
  • Ability to deliver projects to programme and budget targets
  • SMSTS
  • CSCS Card
  • NRSWA Supervisor (desirable)
