Freelance Site Manager required for new build extension to an existing pub, primarily involving the supervision of external groundworks. Working alongside the permanent Site Manager, you will be responsible for supervision and management of subcontract labour packages, health & safety, as well as attending client progress meetings.
Due to the nature of works involved, a Site Manager from a Site Engineer background would be preferred, along with ideal experience working on new build leisure schemes. Initially, this position would be for a 4-week duration but could be extended for the duration of the project, which would be for 12 weeks.
