About the Role
Working in a collaborative team environment you’ll play a key role in day-to-day project delivery—managing operational tasks, coordinating teams, maintaining documentation and ensuring high standards throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities
- Reporting and contract administration
- Liaison with design teams and contractors, carrying out site inspections
- Assist with fee proposals and procurement documentation
- Maintaining project records (risk registers, programmes, execution plans)
- Build strong relationships with clients and professional teams
- Work closely with cost management colleagues to support commercial objectives
- Contribute to project planning, governance, risk management and delivery
- Communicate clearly and confidently with internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting the wider business with business development initiatives

- Degree qualified; MRICS desirable but training support available
- Experience in a client-facing project management managing construction projects
