An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established and growing construction business operating across the M5 corridor between Worcester and Bristol. This role offers the chance to work on a diverse portfolio of projects, with a strong focus on Section 278 (S278) works and highway schemes, contributing to essential infrastructure and high-quality developments across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the commercial and contractual elements of projects
  • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation
  • Monitor project costs and ensure financial efficiency throughout
  • Conduct valuations and manage subcontractor accounts
  • Oversee commercial management of Section 278 (S278) and highway schemes
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate commercial risks
  • Provide regular financial reports and forecasts to senior management

Requirements
