CAREER OPPORTUNITY – SALARY UP TO 70K, Huntingdon BASED, QUANTITY SURVEYOR, RESIDENTIAL GROUNDWORKS, MULTIPLE PROJECTS AND CAREER PROGRESSION.

An opportunity for an experienced quantity surveyor to join a well – established Groundworks Contractor with a turnover of £40m to help expand the business following sustained growth with multiple projects currently ongoing.

DUTIES

  • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation.
  • Monitor project costs, valuations, variations and final accounts.
  • Provide accurate financial reporting and cost forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and company procedures.
  • All other daily tasks performed by a quantity surveyor.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience as a quantity surveyor in residential groundworks / infrastructure • Commutable to Huntingdon
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office and quantity surveying software.

REMUNERATION

  • Up to £70,000 p. a (DOE) • Car allowance/company car
  • Paid holidays – 25 days plus BH • Pension scheme
