I m working with a specialist industrial property management company looking for a Health and Safety CDM Advisor to join them as they continue to grow.
Focusing on both new site acquisition and refurbishment and development on their existing sites, they provide a flexible approach to warehousing seeking to design solutions to meet their tenant s needs.
You will be expected to coordinate health and safety compliance across the property portfolio and support the delivery of daily routine maintenance, refurbishment and construction projects up to 3 million.
The role ensures compliance with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM), company policies and all relevant health and safety legislation.
