Freelance Project/Site Manager required for 35 week contract for a D&B £5m spec unit and office space. Reporting to the visiting Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the project from inception through to completion and final handover.
Main core of duties will include:
- Managing set programme including any short term planning that may need to be done
- Daily supervision for all subcontract trades/labour packages
- Health & safety
- RAMS
- Chairing client/subcontractor meetings
- Issuing progress reports to senior management team and client
A proven track record leading and delivering portal frame projects as a No.1 project lead will need to be demonstrated on any application. Minimum requirement will be to have a current CSCS Card, SMST and First Aid certificates.
