Exciting new opportunity! I am currently working with a well-established laboratory business who are looking for a General Manager to oversee multi-site operations. This is a senior leadership position responsible for operational performance, client relationships, commercial growth, and overall site management within a high-throughput laboratory environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the overall performance and day-to-day operations across multiple laboratory sites
  • Driving site profitability, operational efficiency, and KPI performance
  • Leading and developing laboratory management teams
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Supporting business growth and identifying opportunities for additional services
  • Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and accreditation standards
