General Foreman, Stratford-upon-Avon Ltd outside IR35 – or Soletrader CIS Roads and infrastructure – 40 weeks minimum but looks more like a year Freelance Site General Foreman – Roads and Infrastructure experience needed We need a General Foreman for this one which is on a infrastructure for new housing estate working on a new build external roundabout the Roads drainage and kirbing S278 type works We have an solid opportunity for an experienced Site General Foreman to be responsible for scheduling, co-ordinating and supervising the work of all site operatives, ensuring that all work is delivered safely on time and within budget along with managing men key – this is not for a cabin huger The Role: The General Foreman is responsible for scheduling, co-ordinating and supervising the work of all site operatives, ensuring that all work is delivered safely on time and within budget along with managing equipment and materials required. Key Responsibilities: Pushing and driving the men Operate and promote safe working on site Carry out and record site inspections Ensure all works are carried out in line with approved method statements Lead by example to others on site Delivery of projects safely, on time, within budget and snag free Person Specification: The successful candidate is likely to meet all of the following criteria: Essential Extensive experience of the construction industry Proven people management skills, including the management of subcontractors CSCS SMSTS or SSSTS qualification First aid qualification
