My client is a national contractor with a turnover in excess of £250m. They have picked up a project in Hertfordshire and are in need of a Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial function. The assignment is expected to last for a minimum of 12 months.
The ideal candidate will have:
• 10+ years experience working as a Quantity Surveyor.
• A contracting background working in civils & rail environments.
• A fully conversant understanding of NEC suite of contracts.
This position is paying up to £450 per day (Outside IR35).
