My client is a Regional Civil Engineering Contractor based in Cambridgeshire. Due to continued growth, the Commercial Lead is looking to bolster his team with a Senior Quantity Surveyor who can commercially manage individual projects simultaneously.
Typical duties:
- Placing Sub-Contract Orders
- Managing the various Packages
- Cost Reporting
- Final Accounts
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Civil Engineering Contracting background (5 year min.)
- Earthworks experience
- NEC & JCT Contract Experience
