Due to ongoing growth across the Aberdeen region, Kenton Black are representing a well established housebuilder in recruiting an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality residential developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure safe, efficient, and timely project delivery
  • Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and resources to meet build programmes and quality standards
  • Oversee and enforce all Health & Safety procedures in line with company policy and legislation
  • Monitor build quality at every stage, identifying and resolving issues proactively
  • Maintain clear communication with commercial, technical, and sales teams
  • Build strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and customers
  • Ensure the site is presented to the highest standard at all times

  • 5+ years’ experience in a Site Manager role within residential housebuilding
  • Proven track record of managing successful housing developments
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

  • Relevant construction qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, or equivalent)
